O'Donnell's talking points (not her's - scriped by the R's)

1) Malpractice reform
BS.  > 2.4% of health care costs.  And many times it's the only way to keep incompotent doctors from practicing.  Another example of big $ buying off the R's.
2) Selling insurance across state lines and
And BS again.  STATE RIGHTS is a constant mantra of the R's.  But STATE RIGHTS would be usurped by allowing companies from CA to sell insurance in WA.  Yes, laws should be streamlined.  But this is a BS talking point for the R's.  And it allows disreputable companies to sell crappy policies whereever they want.
 3) Personal responsibility for care (translated means more of the "consumer driven" plans that have high deductibles up front.)
Ya, right.  In other words let those with pre-existing conditions go without health care.
